get some advice on my small business....I owned a small fast food stop. That I operate only in the night time...its going ok so far....I would like to know how to start seeing my profit...in having trouble in that area. I feel like all I'm doing is spending but not seeing anything back...I feel like I make enough to turn over for the following day...but nothing is going into pocket

You need good accounting on top of all the other good advice here. How do you track your expenses and your sales? Do you have a budget? How long have you been in business? Did you do a market analysis to determine your target customer and your pricing? Do you have subs or employees?
